Exhibitors

The conference starts at 08:30 (registration) / 09:00 (start) and lasts until 17:00. In the foyer / crowded area just outside the conference hall, it will be prepared for exhibitions, here coffee / coffee food will be served in the coffee breaks.

We have adapted to the following variants as exhibitors/stands:

2x2m stand:                  -Avalible                          Price: 15 000 NOK / 1 300 EUR

Placement as an exhibitor host is done on a first-come, first-served basis, those who sign up first get a seat closest to the conference hall. A table has been set up for those who want it, and a power plug. Otherwise, you have to take what you need. The hall is generally lit, but feel free to bring your own spotlights.
